Care for the human and the fur variety
An independent, family owned and run vet practice in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane, led by Dr Simon Williams.
An extended family, with appointments
They think of their practice as an extended family, and every animal is different. The team is committed to individualised healthcare to suit each pet's needs.
They are passionate about prevention, and they check and update your pet's file at each appointment.
Independent
Family owned and run, and in operation since 1999.
Led by Dr Simon Williams

Appointment only
Specific times of the day are set aside for consultations, surgery and admissions/discharges.
Booking is a phone call away
Get in touch
Call the surgery, email, or send an enquiry through the form with your preferred date and time.
They book you in
The team gets back to you by phone or email as soon as they can.
Come and see them
Pets are examined in person. The surgery doesn't give a diagnosis over the phone.
Staying on top of the basics
The surgery can order these products for you if needed.
Hydrobaths every Saturday
The best way to avoid a stinky dog and/or a messy bathroom. By appointment only, so be sure to book.
A condition of booking: your pet's vaccinations, heart & intestinal worming and flea control must be up to date.
Ask about a hydrobathRoom for the practice's own photos
Real photos from the surgery would go here. Client reviews are intentionally left out of this concept, so any would only ever be added with the practice's approval.
Someone to pick up while the team is with a patient
A concept: an AI receptionist that shares opening hours and the address, explains the hydrobath conditions, and takes an appointment request with name, number, preferred day and pet's name for the team to confirm. It never gives a diagnosis, and anything urgent is handed straight to the team.
Concept only · not a live featureBook an appointment
Please use the form to send a message or request an appointment, with your preferred date and time. The team will be in touch by phone or email.
